Weight Training Program
At the start of each new year, thousands of people vow to turn over a new leaf, to lose weight or get in shape. They buy books, equipment, dvds, and join fitness clubs. In spite of their good intentions, statistics prove that this wave of "new commitment" is short lived. Only 5% of them will likely complete one of the many available weight training programs.
There are several important elements that are vital to successful weight training programs. One fitness training program I have found to contain ALL of these elements is Vince Del Monte's "No Nonsense Muscle Building" system." It is a flexible system in that it can be adjusted for fat loss or muscle gain, bulking or cutting, male or female.
In order to succeed with this or any fitness training program, you will need to begin by focusing your mind on the things you must do to have the body you want. What habits will be required to lose the fat or build more muscle? How many meals will you eat each day and what amounts? What kinds of foods will you eat? How much weight will you lift? How much sleep will you get and what time will you go to bed and wake up? How intense will your workouts be and how often will you workout? How will you adjust your social life to your new habits?
Expect your commitment to be challenged each day. You will need a detailed weight training program to keep you on the straight and narrow path to your goals. You must put your goals into writing, give them a deadline, and then hold yourself accountable by keeping a journal and finding an accountability partner. Vince can help you with all of the details. He can help you to create a blueprint for success:
- Muscles to train
- Exercises to choose
- Number of sets and reps
- How to use intensity
- Recovery time between sets and workouts
- Tempo of reps
- Time to complete workouts
- Foods you will eat
- Amounts you will eat
- What time you will eat
With the details laid out before you, the one and only task remaining will be the execution of the plan. A plan that Vince has developed through years of experience with hundreds of clients. Some of what Vince will teach you is cutting edge. You won't find this information in college text books or science journals. If you have ever experienced long plateau periods of slow growth like I have, you will be pleasantly surprised.
The "No Nonsense Muscle Building" weight training program contains over 1 gigabyte of downloadable pdfs, mp3 audio files, and mp4 dvd files. Nothing is left to chance. The core training manual has a version for both men and women and comes in both pdf format as well as mp3. After printing out all the pdf's, I had 8 binders of top notch information to guide me. Here is what you will get with Vince's program:
- The 219 page, "No Nonsense Muscle Building" core training manual and mp3s, men and women's versions.
- Upside Down Workout Training Guide – This is a four week workout plan to condition your body for the more intense body building phase.
- Beginner through Intermediate Workout Routines – A 29 week detailed workout plan. Workouts may be viewed online with animated illustrations or may be saved and printed.
- Weight training DVD's – Gives you a thorough explanation of the principles behind your training as well as the proper techniques for each exercise. Vince and his workout buddy will walk you through each and every exercise in his program.
- No Nonsense Advanced Workout Routines – A four phase weight training program incorporating crash sets and giant sets, maximizing your muscle growth.
- No Nonsense Stretching Routines – To be incorporated, year round, into your weekly workout plans.
- No Nonsense Fat Cutting Guide – A 16 week program written for when you are over 20% body fat and want to cut fat before building muscle, for when you have finished bulking up and are ready to get ripped, or for when you want to get ripped fast due to impending event(s).
- No Nonsense Muscle Mass Nutrition – An integral diet plan for building muscle, meat eater's version, budget version, and veggie version. Each version has multiple editions based on 2000 up to 6000 calories per day.
Vince's program takes commitment, first to study and then to execute. If you are ready for this commitment, I am confident that you will be in good hands with Vince and his "No Nonsense Muscle Building" body building program.
